Wyatt Flake, Vice President ADC, CIT QBHP

Alberta is a Qualified Mental Health Professional for adults and children with extensive experience in community-based mental health, counseling, and crisis support. She specializes in individualized service planning, daily life skills training, case management, and substance abuse support, working closely with diverse populations to help clients build realistic goals and long-term stability.

Alberta holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Walden University and is currently completing her Doctoral Degree in Forensic Psychology.

Ashley is the President, Counselor, and Alcohol and Drug Counselor at A Common Thread Supportive Services Inc. (ACTSS). With over 18 years of experience in behavioral health and client-centered environments, she specializes in supporting individuals and families navigating mental illness, trauma, and substance use. She holds dual QMHP credentials for both adults and children, integrating clinical care, program development, and facility compliance with ethical and accreditation standards.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and holds an Associate Degree in Emergency Medical Services as a former Firefighter and Paramedic.

Wyatt serves as the Program Director and Safety Coordinator at A Common Thread Supportive Services Inc. (ACTSS). Passionate about community improvement, he provides drug counseling and mentors youth and underprivileged individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges across the Fort Smith area. He brings a strong background in operations, management, and community engagement to his role.

Wyatt studied Computer-Aided Drafting and Design at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith and continues to lead facility operations and community restoration initiatives locally.

Rajhi Thompson, MS, LPC, ADC

Bridget Wall, MS, LCSW

Rajhi is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran whose extensive international travels inspired a strong commitment to cultural competency in therapy. He specializes in working with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and relationship issues.

Beyond his clinical practice, Rajhi stays active as a volunteer boxing coach and enjoys traveling, fitness, reading, gaming, and spending time with his son.

Megan is a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to addiction and recovery support across all stages of life. Grounded in clinical empathy and trauma-informed care, she focuses on creating supportive pathways that restore hope and stability for individuals and families navigating recovery.

Outside of her clinical work, Megan balances family life as a mother of three, enjoying quiet downtime with a good book or coffee, as well as  staying active in local sports.

Bridget is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of clinical experience providing trauma-informed, client-centered care. She specializes in supporting individuals, families, and groups facing complex trauma, PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and crisis management, as well as providing behavioral health counseling alongside medical teams for clients managing chronic illnesses.

Bridget holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. Deeply invested in advancing community health standards, she serves on the UAMS West Patient Advisory Board and is extensively trained in Motivational Interviewing.
